When you contact our support via our website we may collect personal information for the purpose of providing you with swift correspondence regarding any queries that you might have. This is done on the basis of legitimate business interests to ensure we can provide prompt answer to your requests.

In interacting with you we may collect/process the following information you provide to us:

  • The type of industry you are working in

Every time this website and its contents are accessed, protocol files (web server logs) are created by ourselves containing access data. Each protocol may file contains the following information:

Enforcd EDB, Enforcd Teamwork and Enforcd EDB Mobile

If your have a subscription to Enforcd EDB or Enforcd Teamwork and use our services via web browser or mobile app, we collect the following information for security and to measure performance of our services:

  • name
  • surname
  • email adress
  • the name of the company who created your account
  • the url you have accessed on Enforcd EDB or Enforcd Teamwork.

For subscribers we also keep records of:

  • what items on Enforcd EDB you have accessed.
  • what web browser or mobile app version you are using

You may export those records at any time via your Enforcd Teamwork user interface. If your company subscription has ended and/or your user account is deleted, those records are removed from our systems.

Enforcd Teamwork Audit Trails

Companies can view and export usage statistics, usage trails and audit trails via Enforcd Teamwork. Enforcd Limited does not share any audit trails with a third party.

Enforcd EDB: General Usage Statistics

Enforcd Ltd collects anonymized usage statistics for Enforcd EDB and shares this data with some partner firms, e.g. usage statistics for their content contributions.

Enforcd Ltd or partner firms do not have the means to use the specified data to identify individuals or which company their accounts belong to. We do not consolidate this data with other sources of data.
